Weekly Fundraising Headlines and Blogs

This month, the Association of Fundraising Professionals is celebrating National Philanthropy Day. Chapters around the world have put together events to honor philanthropists and celebrate all of the amazing things that philanthropy helps to accomplish. In Louisville, we’re expecting about 400 people to gather this Friday as we present five community leaders with awards for their commitment to philanthropy. As chair of our event, it’s been an honor and privilege to read the nominations and meet the people we will be honoring. Where ever you live, I encourage you to look up your local National Philanthropy Day celebration and join in the celebration!

Here’s a summary of this week’s articles and blogs related to fundraising and nonprofit organizations. As always, please share this with others might benefit from the information. Thanks again for reading!
