Weekly Fundraising Headlines and Blogs

This past week, I spent a few days with staff and volunteer leadership from AFP (Association of Fundraising Professionals) chapters. It was inspiring to be around so many people who are committed to philanthropy and the nonprofit sector. I’ve heard lately too of nonprofit organizations who host similar events – bringing together people who are passionate about a cause to provide education about their cause or organization, and offer additional ways to get involved. Sometimes we tend to spend too much time talking about organizations. See what happens when you start focusing on the cause your supporters are passionate about.

Here’s a summary of this week’s articles and blogs related to fundraising and nonprofit organizations. As always, please share this with others might benefit from the information. Thanks again for reading!
