A month before my husband and I met, Rob travelled to Peru on a mission trip with his church. One of the first things Rob did when he returned was sign up to sponsor a child from the village they had been working in. As children age out (or drop out) of the system we are invited to transfer that sponsorship to a new child.
So I was intrigued by the SOFII showcase that talks about a test that Plan International UK ran to see if a product testing approach would work for child sponsorships.
The verdict? The results were disappointing, but the approach deemed worthy of further development and testing.
